New Land-Related Court Decision in BC

The Supreme Court of BC has issued a new ruling regarding the responsibility of the Province to consult with BC First Nations where lands and resources are concerned. The press release comes from the plaintiffs, the Huu-ay-aht First Nation on Vancouver Island, and the decision is located here.
The citation for the case is: Huu-Ay-Aht First Nation et al. v. The Minister of Forests et al.,
