BC Treaty Commission 12th Annual Report

The twelfth annual report of the BC Treaty Commission was released today.

The first paragraph of the press release sums up the state of affairs:

Important court rulings and political actions are likely to have a positive impact on future progress although they have at times overshadowed treaty negotiations this year and temporarily slowed progress … .
