Legal Challenge to Lheidli T’enneh Treaty

In the days to come, we are bound to hear more about the legal challenges to the Lheidli T’enneh (Prince George) treaty by the Shuswap Nation Tribal Council and the Treaty 8 First Nations. At issue: unsettled overlap lands.

The Lheidli T’enneh have scheduled their ratification vote for March 30, 2007.
