New York Media on the Sacred Headwaters

New York-based Epoch Times has picked up the story of the ’sacred headwaters’ in northwestern British Columbia. The new information (to me anyway) coming from the story is that Shell has sued Tahltan three elders for loss of income. The Klabona Keepers, the society protesting development in the headwaters, has in turn sued Shell for failure to consult.

I missed this when it first came out. But maybe it will be re-broadcast:
"’Klabona’ on CTV" (Nov 24, 2007)
"This Saturday, November 24th at 5 pm (PST), tune in to CTV’s First Story. This week’s feature is called "Klabona." Klabona is the area otherwise known as the Sacred Headwaters, situated in the heart of Tahltan territory, about 500 km north of Smithers, BC. " Click on link for more.
